So - what happens in a Life Coaching session?
Well, before starting a session, I do 2 things:
1. I set up the space, creating a protected and safe space for you to open up about your life
2. I bring my client into my mind’s eye and draw 3 Oracle cards (bonus extra!) to see where we need to focus and to give me a clue as to where the session needs to go…
Most of my HALO HOLISTIC coaching sessions are conducted ONLINE over either Zoom or FaceTime (which means you don’t need to be in Australia to connect with me!)
At the start of the session we discuss a little bit about how coaching works and what you are hoping to achieve through the process. We then do a life assessment, going through every area of your life, creating a scale of how you are feeling about each area and where you would like to focus and make significant changes.
From there we see where we need to focus; whether this is discussing a particular area of your life in more depth, analysing certain beliefs or negative thoughts, looking at what situations need reframing or perhaps what short and long terms goals you would like to achieve.
Each session will contain one or more life coaching exercise whether this is a visualisation, value assessment, in depth questioning, detailed goal setting or other self-discovery and self-awareness exercises.
At the end of each session, I will send you all the notes, as sometimes reading through these can bring even greater awareness to what is really happening in our lives and our heads. I also provide homework most weeks which will differ depending on each client ;)
